Tammy and her staff run a specialized wing for dementia Residents known
as “Our Place”. Tammy is also a vacillator through the Alzheimer’s
association and leads a community support group. She is
responsible for the emotional and spiritual wellbeing of the Residents
at Burnsides. Tammy works with the families and Residents who are
terminally ill.
Tammy is a graduate of Marshall high school. After high school,
Tammy received an associate’s degree in clinical science and chemical
and microbiology. She worked in the science field for 20 years
before working in social services. At Burnsides, Tammy is
able to apply her backgrounds from the medical field and her social
services while working with the residents. Tammy currently resides
in Clarksville, IL.
