Laurie Sweitzer

Laurie manages the day-to-day operations of the dietary department.
She supervises the buying of all food and makes sure they comply with
county and state guidelines. Laurie has a staff of 14, which
supervise the serving of the food and manage all of the meals.
She started working at Burnsides in 1972 in laundry and housekeeping.
But later on, she moved to the Dietary department. Laurie was born
and raised in Marshall and is a 1971 graduate of Marshall High School.
